Our journey with the Small Münsterländer began thousands of kilometres from home.

Several years ago, while visiting Hungary, we were introduced to this remarkable breed by our friend, Peter Vajai. Watching his dog work in the field and seeing the breed's intelligence, versatility, and temperament firsthand left a lasting impression.
As lifelong hunters and dog enthusiasts, we were immediately drawn to the Small Münsterländer's unique combination of qualities. In the field, they are focused, driven, and highly capable hunting companions. At home, they are affectionate, loyal family dogs that thrive as part of the household.

What began as admiration soon became a vision. We spent years researching the breed, learning from experienced breeders and handlers across Europe, and searching for bloodlines that embodied the breed's exceptional hunting ability, health, temperament, and trainability.

That search eventually led us to Hungary, where we met respected breeder Mr. Kiszel and his dogs. After extensive planning and preparation, we imported our foundation breeding dogs from carefully selected German and Hungarian hunting lines.

 

Our goal is simple: to establish and promote the Small Münsterländer in South Africa while preserving the qualities that have made the breed so highly regarded throughout Europe.

We are committed to responsible breeding, health testing, proper socialisation, and producing dogs that excel both as hunting companions and beloved family members.

This is only the beginning of our journey, and we are excited to share it with fellow hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and families who appreciate exceptional dogs as much as we do.
